The Senior Special Assistant on Social Development to the Governor of Lagos State, Comrade Olalekan Biliamin Oba has lauded Mr Seyi Tinubu for his positive and sustained impact on lifting others up and putting smiles on their faces.
Seyi Tinubu who is very popular among the Nigerian youths clocks 40 today.
